1968年建系，源自一位28岁男性腺样囊性癌患者，人腭部小涎腺腺样囊性癌组织小块静置培养7天细胞开始生长，*传代50天，BALB/C,CBA,Swiss，DF裸小鼠皮下移植成瘤，表达角蛋白。STR检测发现该细胞被HeLa细胞污染。
