发展历史

在MBR研究初期,生物反应器的构型一般为好氧活性污泥反应器。备其主要问题是悬浮污泥浓度过高,导致膜污染速率快;脱氮除磷效果不理想;曝气能耗较高。近几年来,出现了MBR的改进工艺——复合型膜生物反应器,获得了更好的污染物去除效果和更稳定的运行性能。复合MBR工[2]艺是将生物膜法或生物接触氧化法与活性污泥法结合而构成的复合生物反应器与膜分离的联用工艺。

在工艺中,附着生长的生物膜和悬浮生长的活性污泥2种形式的微生物共存,二者发挥各自的优势,共同承担去除污染物的作用,使得出水水质得以提升,出水氨氮浓度低于活性污泥MBR,同时抗冲击负荷的能力得到增强。因生物载体的介入而形成的生物膜具有多层结构,从外至内因氧传递阻力的增加而形成氧浓度梯度,进而构成外层以好氧为主而内层以缺氧或厌氧为主的微环境,有利于提高系统的生物脱氮除磷能力。

另外,复合生物反应器中微生物群落结构多样化,生物的食物链长,可有效改善污泥性状,提高其处理能力。与传统高浓度的活性污泥工艺相比工艺由于总生物量中悬浮污泥浓度的减少而有利于减缓膜污染,提高系统运行的稳定性。

工艺流程

原水→格栅→调节池→提升泵→生物反应器→循环泵→膜组件→消毒装置→中水贮池→中水用水系统

折叠工艺流程说明

污水经格栅进入调节池后经提升泵进入生物反应器,通过PLC控制器开启曝气机充氧,生物反应器出水经循环泵进入膜分离处理单元,浓水返回调节池,膜分离的水经过快速混合法氯化消毒(次氯酸钠、漂白、氯片)后,进入中水贮水池池。反冲洗泵利用清洗池中处理水对膜处理设备进行反冲洗,反冲污水返回调节池。通过生物反应器内的水位控制提升泵的启闭。膜单元的过滤操作与反冲洗操作可自动或手动控制。当膜单元需要化学清洗操作时,关闭进水阀和污水循环阀,打开药洗阀和药剂循环阀,启动药液循环泵,进行化学清洗操作。

本一体化生物反应器采用可编程序控制器(PLC)控制。有以下功能:

·膜生物反应器全过程采用自动控制系统,大大减少了运行管理费用。

·当生物反应器内水到高水位时,提升泵停止运行,当水位降至低水位时提升泵自动开启。

·根据中水贮水池水位自动开启、关闭循环泵。   重金属污水处理成套设备

·自动开启、关闭加药泵,加药量可根据需要调整。

·自动运行膜清洗、消毒程序。

·电机设有过流、过载保护。

已建的中水回用工程普遍存在处理效果欠佳、运行费用较高、设施占地面积较大等问题,处理设施运转不理想。因此我国的城市中水处理事业迫切需要开发经济高效适用的处理工艺和配套设备。

折叠MBR工艺特点

膜生物污水处理技术应用于废水再生利用方面,具有以下几个特点:

(1)能高效地进行固液分离,将废水中的悬浮物质、胶体物质、生物单元流失的微生物菌群与已净化的水分开。分离工艺简单,占地面积小,出水水质好,一般不须经三级处理即可回用。

(2)可使生物处理单元内生物量维持在高浓度,使容积负荷大大提高,同时膜分离的高效性,使处理单元水力停留时间大大的缩短,生物反应器的占地面积相应减少。

(3)由于可防止各种微生物菌群的流失,有利于生长速度缓慢的细菌(硝化细菌等)的生长,从而使系统中各种代谢过程顺利进行。

(4)使一些大分子难降解有机物的停留时间变长,有利于它们的分解。

〔5〕膜处理技术与其它的过滤分离技术一样,在*的运转过程中,膜作为一种过滤介质堵塞,膜的通过水量运转时间而逐渐下降有效的反冲洗和化学清洗可减缓膜通量的下降,维持MBR系统的有效使用寿命。

  1. MBR技术应用在城市污水处理中,由于其工艺简单,操作方便,可以实现全自动运行管理。
  2. 发展现状

目前全国依然有22.3%的县城没有设立污水处理厂,而重污染的厂家大部分都分布在城市的边缘和县城。由于污水处理厂是工厂排污zui后一道“过滤器”,而且不少工厂排污依然不符合标准,造成了污水处理厂难以负荷大量的排污量。而且许多早期建设污水处理厂设备较落后,处理能力较差,加重了排污净化的压力。前瞻产业研究院认为,这也是污水处理厂被迫成为“排污大户”的重要原因。

不仅污水处理方面存在资源分配不均的问题,固废处理等其它环保领域也存在明显的区域空白或是区域分布失衡现象。因此,《中国环境污染防治设备产销需求与投资预测分析报告前瞻》中分析认为,环保设备企业研究市场需求和布局全国市场时,要充分考虑到目前这种区域间的落差,在政策的大力推动下,得以抓住下一阶段的环保市场潜力释放期。

对于污水处理设备企业来说,前瞻产业研究院认为,县城污水处理厂的新建和老旧设备升级改造是重要的目标市场。而当前近七成的污水处理设备产自北京,也就是说大部分其它省市的污水处理厂可以抓住这个机会,借助“近水楼台先得月”的优势,将目标市场瞄准周边县城,快速乘上环保政策的“东风”。

前瞻产业研究院分析认为,一方面,由于污染防治资源地区分布失衡;另一方面,设备老旧和处理能力较差,造成环保领域“漏洞”百出,出现污水处理厂被迫成为排污大户的无奈。环保设备企业可以抓住这个不平衡创造出来的需求,合理布局未来一段时间的市场,及时赶上环保政策“东风”。

发展趋势

我国污水处理行业突飞猛进,整体发展处于快速成*,主要表现在污水处理能力迅速扩张、污水处理率稳步提高、污水处理量快速增长等方面。2010年城市污水处理厂日处理能力达10262万立方米,比2009年末增长13.4%,城市污水处理率达到76.9%。截至2011年9月底,全国设市城市、县累计建成城镇污水处理厂3077座,处理能力达到1.36亿立方米/日。

城镇污水垃圾处理设施建设推动了环保产业发展,到2020年城市污水处理率将不低于90%,我国污水处理业务市场空间广阔。此外,国家鼓励利用再生水的政策,也将对污水深度处理业务提供广阔的市场空间。我国污水处理建设的严峻形势,县城和建制镇污水处理率较低的现状,为污水处理市场的建设、运营投资均带来巨大投资空间。

市场分析

随着中国的工业化和城市化的深入,中国污水处理领域的投资将持续保持增长,但短期内投资增速则显现出下滑的趋势。2010年中国污水行业处理行业投资总额为860亿元,同比增长26%,投资增速与2009年相比放缓。2011年污水处理行业投资增速继续下滑至15%左右。预计到2013年行业投资增速可恢复至18%左右。

相对于工业污水处理领域,生活污水处理属于政府投资领域,投资刚性较强,因此2011年及2012年可维持一定的生活污水设备需求。在经济疲软的情况下,大部分企业可能会推迟自身污水处理系统的更新改造计划。因此工业污水处理设备需求在2012年将出现下滑,在2013年至2015年间,有望出现恢复性反弹。

折叠超滤水工作原理

超滤是一种以筛分为分离原理,以压力为推动力的膜分离过程,过滤精度在0.005-0.01μm范围内, 可有效去除水中的微粒、胶体、细菌、热源及高分子有机物质。可广泛应用于物质的分离、浓缩、提纯。超滤过程无相转化,常温下操作,对热敏性物质的分离尤为适宜,并具有良好的耐温、耐酸碱和耐氧化性能,能在60℃ 以下,pH为2-11的条件下*连续使用。

超滤膜按结构型式分为板框式(板式)、中空纤维式、纳米膜表超滤膜、管式、卷式等多种结构。其中,中空纤维超滤膜是超滤技术中zui为成熟与*的一种形式。中空纤维外径0.4-2.0mm,内径0.3-1.4mm,中空纤维管壁上布满微孔,孔径以能截留物质的分子量表达,截留分子量可达几千至几十万。原水在中空纤维外侧或内腔加压流动,分别构成外压式与内压式中空超滤膜。超滤是动态过滤过程,被截留物质可随浓缩液排除不致堵塞膜表面,可*连续运行。

离心机主要用于将悬浮液中的固体颗粒与液体分开;或将乳浊液中两种密度不同,又互不相溶的液体分开(例如从牛奶中分离出奶油);它也可用于排除湿固体中的液体,例如用洗衣机甩干湿衣服;特殊的超速管式分离机还可分离不同密度的气体混合物;利用不同密度或粒度的固体颗粒在液体中沉降速度不同的特点,有的沉降离心机还可对固体颗粒按密度或粒度进行分级。

曝气机是通过散气叶轮,将“微气泡”直接注入未经处理的污水中,在混凝剂和絮凝剂的共同作用下,悬浮物发生物理絮凝和化学絮凝,从而形成大的悬浮物絮团,在气泡群的浮升作用下“絮团”浮上液面形成浮渣,利用刮渣机从水中分离;不需要清理喷嘴,不会发生阻塞现象。本设备整体性好,安装方便,节省运行费用与占地面。 

折叠微滤机

微滤机是一种转鼓式筛网过滤装置。被处理的废水沿轴向进入鼓内,以径向辐射状经筛网流出,水中杂质(细小的悬浮物、纤维、纸浆等)即被截留于鼓筒上滤网内面。当截留在滤网上的杂质被转鼓带到上部时,被压力冲洗水反冲到排渣槽内流出。运行时,转鼓2/5的直径部分露出水面,转数为1-4r/min,滤网过滤速度可采用30-120m/h,冲洗水压力0.5-1.5kg/cm2,冲洗水量为生产水量的0.5-1.0%,用于水库水处理时,除藻效率达40-70%,除浮游生物效率达97-*。微滤机占地面积小,生产能力大(250-36000m3/d),操作管理方便,已成功地应用于给水及废水处理。

溶气系统

和市政污水中的悬浮物、油脂及各种胶状物的设备。该设备广泛应用于炼油、化工、酿造、屠宰、电镀、印染等工业废水和市政污水的处理。

按溶气方式分为:CQJ超效浅层气浮机、溶气气浮机和电解气浮机。其原理是将难以溶解于水中的气体或两种以上不同液体高效混合(产生微细气泡粒径20-50微米)。以微小气泡作为载体,粘附水中的杂质颗粒,颗粒被气泡挟带浮升至水面与水分离,达到固液分离的目的。[5]

安装要求

1、根据地埋式污水处理设备安装图与基础图,准备基础以安装平面图大小尺寸为准,做好混凝土底板,基础要求平均承压5t/m2,基础必须水平,并应在混凝土基础浇注保养期结束后才能进行安装,如设备安装在地坪以下,基础离地坪相对标高按图尺寸为准,同时四周挖掘宽度,长度必须离基础边线500mm以上,以便管道安装。

2、管道安装连接应该在设备就位时考虑好,设备就位时必须按说明书设备自重,配合吊车吨位大小,安装顺序按现场对照图就位,筒体的位置,方向不能放错,互相间距必须正确。

3、根据安装图,连接管道,设备就位后连接管道用橡皮垫紧固好,使连接处不渗漏。

4、地埋式污水处理设备安装完毕后设备与基础地板必须连接固定,保证不使设备流动上浮, 同时须在设备中注入污水(无污水时,用其他水源或自来水代替),充满度必须达到70%以上,以防设备上浮。同时,检查好各管道有无渗漏。试水各管路口必须不渗漏,同时设备不受地面水上涨,而使设备错位和倾斜。

5、设备安装完毕无不妥后,即可用土填入设备四周与间隙中夯实,并整平地面填土时应注意:(1)设备人孔盖板必须高出地坪50mm左右;(2)不能让土堵塞人孔盖板上的进气口。 6、把电控柜控制线与设备接通,接线时注意水下曝气机及潜污泵电机的转向,如地下室控制柜要放在通风处,保持干燥,一般控制柜不能放在露天。须防日晒,淋雨等。以免控制板及接线头漏电,烧毁控制板。

7、地埋式污水处理设备[3]注意事项:(1)设备安装之处必须保证下雨不积水,(2)设备的出水管必须在相对地坪0.4m以下,(3)设备上方不得压有重物,不得有大型车辆经过(指无特殊设计的),(4)设备一般不得抽空内部污水,以防止地下水把设备浮起。

8、注意本设备安装图及管道连接图按标准连接及平面布置,如用户要求可任意布置,但必须在订合同时提出。

9、连接好风机、水泵控制线路,并注意风机、水泵的转向必须正确无误。

超滤膜材料

近年来,我国每年排污水量约400-500亿m3,经处理后排放的仅15-25%,由于污水到处横流,使我国各大水源都产生不同程度的污染,水环境严重恶化。所以,加强污水深度治理,使之不仅达标排放而且还可大量回用,非常必要,这对改善水环境、缓解水资源的不足,节约宝贵的水资源都是十分重要的。城市及工业污水经过深度处理后可用于农业灌溉、工业生产、城市景观、市政绿化、生活杂用、地下水回灌和补充地表水等方面的应用。传统水处理技术能够消除部分污染物,将COD、BOD以及重金融等污染物指标降到安全排放标准或杂用(中水)标准,但无法*消除排水中所含的微量溶解性污染物。采用反渗透膜技术可*去除这些污染物,实现严格意义下的污水再生。用传统处理工艺和膜技术集成,可将污水或废水变成不同水质标准的回用水,或使之循环回用,这样即缓解了供求矛盾,又减少了污染,还可促进环保产业的发展。

水环境质量的严重恶化和经济的高速发展,迫切要求有相应的污水废水资源化的技术。在这一领域中膜分离技术占有重要的位置和作用。膜分离作为一项*在近40年来迅速发展成为产业化的高效节能分离技术过程。40多年,电渗析、反渗透、微滤、超滤、纳滤、渗透汽化,膜接触和膜反应过程相继发展起来,在能源、电子、石化、医药卫生、化工、轻工、食品、饮料行业和日常生活及环保领域等均获得广泛的应用,产生了显著的经济和社会效益。社会的需求使膜技术应允而生,也是社会的需求促使膜技术迅速发展,使膜技术不断创新、技术进步,完善,成为单元操作,成为集成过程中的关键。

1连续膜过滤技术(CMC)

中空纤维膜由于比表面积大,膜组件的装填密度大,所以设备紧凑;这种膜因纺制而成,工艺简单,所以生产成本一般低于其它的膜:由于没有支撑层均可以反向清洗,特别是一些耐污染性好,对氧化性清洗剂耐受性好的膜的出现,使得在大规模的污水处理工程中,中空纤维膜的应用有*的优势。

CMF技术的核心是高抗污染膜以及与之相配合的膜清洗技术,可以实现对膜的不停机在线清洗清洗,从而做到对料液不间断连续处理,保证设备的连续高效运行。

CMF目前主要用于大型城市污水处理厂二沉池生水的深度处理回用,海水淡化或大型反渗透系统的预处理。地表水地下水净化、饮料澄清除浊等。

2膜生物反应器(MBR)

膜生物反应器是膜分离技术和生物技术结合的新工艺。用在污水废水处理领域,利用膜件进行固液分离,截留的污泥或杂质回流至(或保留)在生物反应器中,处理的清水透过膜排水,构成了污水处理的膜生物反应器系统,膜组件的作用相当于传统污水生物处理系统中的二沉池。

MBR中使用的膜有平板膜、管式膜和中空纤维膜,目前主要以中空纤维膜为主。

生活污水经MBR处理后,生水水源已达到很高的水标准。此方法不*于处理生活污水,MBR技术也广泛地用于染色废水,洗毛废水、肉类加工污水等水处理系统。MBR系统的另一个特点是规模可大可小,小装置可用于一个家庭,大型装置日处理量可达数万立方米。

3反渗透技术(RO)

反渗透技术是20世纪60年代初发展起来的以压力为驱动力的膜分离技术。该技术是从海水、苦咸水淡化而发展起来的,通常称为“淡化技术”。由于反渗透技术具有无相变,组件化、流程简单,操作方便,占面积小、投资少,耗能低等优点,发展十分迅速。RO技术已广泛用于海水、苦咸水淡化,纯水、超纯水制备,化工分离、浓缩、提纯,废水资源化等领域。工程遍布电力、电子、化工、轻工、煤炭、环保、医药、食品等行业。

废水资源化是有开发增量淡水资源与保护环境双重目的。无机系列废水处理与海水苦咸水淡化采用同类装并具有较多共性工艺技术。RO可使废液中的铜、铅、汞、镍、锑、铍、砷、铬、硒、铵、锌等离子脱除除90-99%。

目前,反渗透技术在城市污水深度处理,一些工业废水深度处理方面的应用受到了高度重视,包括中水回用,污水处理厂二级出水的深度处理,经初级处理后的工业废水深度处理制取优质淡水。中东不少缺水国家,在大量采用反渗透海水淡化技术的同时,引入反渗透技技术处理二级污水,出水水质可达TDS≤80mg/L,扩大了淡水资源。如中东地区、澳大利亚、新加坡等国都有这方面的大型工程实例。

4集成膜过程污水深度处理方法

集成膜过程是将超滤/微滤与反渗透(或纳滤)结合使用,形成能够满足各咱回用目的的污水深度处理工艺。超滤、微滤可以作为独立的高级三级处理方法,也是反渗透过程理想的预处理工艺,抗污染能力强、性能优越的超滤、微滤单元代替了复杂的传统处理工艺,而且出水品质远高于三级出水指标,不但*可以去除污水中的细菌和悬浮物,对COD、BOD也有一定的却除效果。在超滤、微滤之后使用的反渗透膜,其清洗周期由采用传统预处理工艺的3-4周增加到半年以上,膜寿命可延长到达-6年。膜集成污水再生工艺具有系统稳定、维护少、占地小、化学品用量少、流程简单和运行费用低等优点。

新一代中空纤维超滤(微滤)膜与传统产品相比,具有机械强度高、抗氧化、抗污染、高通量等特点,在运行工艺上,采用了低压操作、反冲清洗、气水冲洗等新技术,使得超滤膜装置能够在污染倾向*的污水介质中保持稳定的性能,超滤膜的使用范围因此扩展到了能适应于多种复杂的介质环境,同时大大扩展了反渗透技术的应用范围,新一代的超滤膜及其系统应用技术的应用范围,新一代的超滤膜及其系统应用技术将膜技术带到了一个全新的时代,*改变了膜法水处理技术必须依托于复杂、精细的预处理系统的形象,使膜技术应用于二级出水、三级出水以及多种原废水等许多复杂的水质体系的深度处理。

5传统处理方法

传统污水三级处理工艺,主要的工艺单元有石灰澄清、重碳酸化、絮凝、沉降、过滤和气浮等。根据具体污水排入物质的成分的不同,处理方式有所差异。传统处理工艺存在着工艺复杂、水利用率低、化学品消耗量大的弊病,而且由于无法*去除生物絮体及胶体物质,致使清洗频繁,影响了出水水质。Scope of application

Description of folding process flow
