*抑制蛋白激酶C底物抗体保存条件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

石蜡切片的免疫组化SP法参考步骤：
1.60℃烤片2小时
2.脱蜡。二甲苯脱蜡15分钟，三次
3.水化。依次经过无水乙醇、95%、90%、80%、70%，各5分钟，蒸馏水（或自来水）5分钟
4.PBS洗5分钟，三次
5.抗原修复。枸橼酸缓冲液（约92-95℃）煮沸（沸水浴）修复15分钟，自然凉至室温。PBS洗5分钟，三次
6.3%双氧水消化内源性的过氧化物酶，20分钟，PBS洗5分钟，三次
7.正常山羊血清封闭，37℃20分钟
8.一抗孵育，4℃过ye.
9.PBS洗5分钟，三次
10.二抗孵育，37℃20分钟（二抗为*标记的羊抗兔IgG），PBS洗5分钟，三次
11.三抗孵育，37℃20分钟（三抗为辣根酶标记的链霉亲和素），PBS洗5分钟，三次
12.DAB显色，镜下观察结果，适时终止
13.苏木素复染5分钟，自来水冲洗片刻，1%的盐酸酒精（75%）溶液（请自行配置，配制比例为：100ml 75%酒精+1ml浓盐酸）分化30秒，自来水冲洗5分钟蓝化
14.脱水。依次经过70%、80%、90%、95%、无水乙醇，各5分钟，二甲苯15分钟，三次
15.封片，中性树胶封片

*抑制蛋白激酶C底物抗体,Anti-AKAP12抗体溶解方法:

方法1：我们的抗体（冻干粉）已经包含了0.01M PBS、1% BSA和0.1% 防腐剂（叠氮钠或*），您只需要加入灭菌的双蒸水就行了。抗体溶解后，置于-20℃保存，分装后使用，避免反复冻融，可保证至少1年有效；

方法2：也可以只加入一半体积的双蒸水，再用一半体积的甘油补足，置于-20℃保存，这样抗体不会冻，有利于抗体的稳定。

后续试验时，再使用对应的缓冲液稀释成工作液，即用即配。

我们的抗体（冻干粉），在常温放置下，至少一个月有效；若在-20℃下保存（*），至少三年有效。

Antibodies are prepared with 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4 with 1% BSA and 0.1% Sodium Azide, prior to lyophilization. Currently, we offer both lyophilized and reconstituted antibodies, both resulting in final concentration of 1mg/mL. We recommend two ways to reconstitute antibodies in lyophilized form:

1) Reconstituting by directly adding 100uL of sterile, distilled water.

2) Alternatively, if glycerol does not affect the experiment, add 50uL sterile distilled water, followed by adding 50uL of glycerol.

背景介绍：The A-kinase anchor proteins (AKAPs) are a group of structurally diverse proteins, which have the common function of binding to the regulatory subunit of protein kinase A (PKA) and confining the holoenzyme to discrete locations within the cell. This gene encodes a member of the AKAP family. The encoded protein is expressed in endothelial cells, cultured fibroblasts, and osteosarcoma cells. It associates with protein kinases A and C and phosphatase, and serves as a scaffold protein in signal transduction. This protein and RII PKA colocalize at the cell periphery. This protein is a cell growth-related protein. Antibodies to this protein can be produced by patients with myasthenia gravis. Alternative splicing of this gene results in two transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
