激光变形镜

波前校正镜

我们提供灵活的模块化自适应光学系统有19 - 109控制通道,镜孔径15 - 50 mm。变形镜在激光应用程序可以涂上裸露的金属,如铝、银、金。我们也生产变形镜在高功率激光的应用程序。这些镜子特点99.99%的反射率在一个选择的波长。我们也提供超快速激光变形镜,有98%的宽带金属/电介质涂料550 - 1000 nm,集中在800nm。UV-enhanced可以涂上保护铝层、优化了266到350纳米的范围。其他类型的涂料可以定制。OKO激光变形镜检测固体激光器的谐振器,光学载荷高达40千瓦。

我们提供的系统使用压电变形反射镜 (PDM)和微型机械变形镜(MMDM)。FrontSurfer波前控制系统作为波前传感器和AO反馈控制器。

波前传感器

波前传感器系统包括:

微透镜阵列
