Product introduction:

三、使用方法:

1,制备试样

按GB/T5480.5-2004的规定选取式样,切取全厚度的试样11g左右。在对于玻璃棉及其制品,在(500±20)℃下灼烧30min以上;对于硅酸棉及其制品,在(700±20)℃下灼烧30min以上。除尽粘结剂再称量**到0.01g。试样数量按产品标准的规定,但不应少于3个。

2,压制试样

把称量好的试样放入相应的试样筒内,放于压榨器上进行手动螺旋加压。

3,润湿试样

将压制好的试样取出,放于250mL量杯内,加入表面活性剂溶液50mL,并充分搅拌,使纤维在溶液中得到润湿和分散。

4,分离试验

♦将试样全部移入分离筒中。

♦打开水源开关,使转子流量计的流量示值为60mL/min,保持此流量直至纤维在水中得到分散和悬浮。

♦加大水流量至(120-180)mL/min,继续分离10min左右。

♦待分离筒内水澄清后,打开分离筒下端的排渣阀,借助水流把渣球排入边长不大于产品标准规定的筛孔边长的标准筛内。

♦检查纤维收集器内的纤维中是否含有渣球,若有渣球应将其放入分离器内在进行分离。

5,干燥

将盛有渣球的筛子放入电热干燥箱内,在(105-110)℃温度下烘干至少20min。

6,筛分

将干燥的渣球移入产品标准规定的筛孔的标准筛内,加入3只直径为(20±1)mm的陶瓷球,盖装后启动振筛机筛分15min。

7,称量

将筛分后的渣球放在天平上称重,读数**到0.01g。

8,计算

渣球含量sh-按下式计算:

Sh=m/moX100

式中:

sh—渣球含量,单位为百分数(%);

m—渣球质量,单位为克(g)。

m0-试样质量,单位为克(g)。

9,试验结果

试验结果以算术平均值表示,**到小数点后A位。同时报出所有筛孔的孔径。

实验完毕后清理好以便下次使用.

Third, use method:

1. Prepare the sample

Select the pattern according to GB / T5480.5-2004, and cut about 11g of the full thickness sample. For glass wool and its products, it is fired at (500 ± 20) ℃ for more than 30min; for silicic acid wool and its products, it is fired at (700 ± 20) ℃ for more than 30min. Remove the binder and weigh ** to 0.01g. The number of samples shall be as specified in the product standard, but shall not be less than three.

2. Pressed sample

Put the weighed sample into the corresponding sample tube, put it on the squeezer and perform manual spiral pressure.

3. Wetting the sample

The pressed sample was taken out, placed in a 250 mL measuring cup, and 50 mL of a surfactant solution was added, and thoroughly stirred to make the fibers wet and dispersed in the solution.

4. Separation test

♦ Move all the samples into the separation cylinder.

♦ Turn on the water source switch and make the flowmeter display value of the rotor flowmeter 60mL / min. Keep this flowrate until the fibers are dispersed and suspended in the water.

♦ Increase the water flow to (120-180) mL / min, and continue to separate for about 10 minutes.

♦ After the water in the separation cylinder is clarified, open the slag discharge valve at the lower end of the separation cylinder and use the water flow to completely discharge the slag ball into a standard sieve whose side length is not greater than the sieve hole side length specified in the product standard.

♦ Check whether there are slag balls in the fiber in the fiber collector. If there are slag balls, put them in the separator to separate them.

5, dry

Place the slag ball-containing sieve in an electric drying box and dry it at (105-110) ° C for at least 20 minutes.

6. Screening

Move the dried slag ball into the standard sieve of the sieve hole specified in the product standard, add 3 ceramic balls with a diameter of (20 ± 1) mm, and start the vibrating screen for 15 minutes after capping.

7, weighing

The sieved slag ball was weighed on a balance, and the reading was ** to 0.01g.

8. Calculation

The slag ball content sh-calculated as follows:

Sh = m / moX100

In the formula:

sh—slag content, unit is percentage (%);

m—mass of slag ball, unit is gram (g).

m0-sample mass in grams (g).

9. Test results

The test results are expressed as arithmetic mean, ** to the decimal place. At the same time report the pore size of all sieve holes.

Clean up after the experiment for next use.


四、产品结构:

1.分离装置:包括<0~200) mL/min玻璃转子流量计;内径为80 mm,总高度为380mm的分离简;塑料水槽;纤维收集器和渣球收集器等。见图10。

注2:压样简外径为26mm.有效高度分二种,岩棉、矿渣棉和硅酸铝棉试验用的为38.2mm;而玻璃棉试验用的为36.2 mm。

4.筛分装置:包括振筛机和标准筛。振筛机振动频率为23.5次/s。

5.天平:A大称量200 g,分度值小于等于0.01 g。

6.电热干燥箱:控温精度为士5C。

7.高温电炉:可调节、控温精度为士10C。

8.定时器。
