1.真实性:重组蛋白产品*经过N末端氨基酸序列分析,必要时应用SDS-PAGE, RP-HPLC和质谱(MS)检测其真实性.
2.纯度:应用SDS-PAGE和RP-HPLC方法分析产品纯度.
3.生物活性:进行相应的体外(in vitro)或体内(in vivo)活性检测.
