保存条件: Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
Anti-TRAF2抗体,肿瘤坏死因子受体相关因子2抗体产品介绍：The induction of the various cellular responses mediated by tumor necrosis factor is initiated by its interaction with the TNFR1 and TNFR2 cell surface receptors. TRAF2 interacts with the cytoplasmic domain of TNFR2. TRAF2 is a common signal transducer for TNFR2 and CD40 that mediates activation of NF kappa B.
抗原修复，必须注意以下问题：
1、修复液的选择。
0.01M枸橼酸（pH6.0）：应用zui多的抗原修复液，适用于大多数的抗原，用该液修复后的抗原表达增强，抗原的定性和定位很理想，结果不错;
0.05M EDTA（pH8.0）：应用较多的抗原修复液，修复能力较强，对于保存时间较长的切片或目的蛋白表达较弱的组织有很好的修复效果，需要控制好修复时间，否则容易出现较重的背景;
0.01M TBS（pH7.4）：中性修复液，适用于大多数抗原，对于核定位蛋白有较好的修复效果;
*：应用较多的抗原修复液，适用于大多数的抗原，使用温度37℃，对于容易脱片的切片有很好的保护作用。

2.抗原热修复时应选择的温度。
据实验认为温度在92℃－98℃是合适的，尤其在95℃为，这是因为：（1）这种温度未达沸腾，切片不容易脱离载玻片；（2）能够解离和破坏与蛋白交联的甲醛醛键等，处理时可以随意选择和确定抗原修复的作用时间。如果选择高压修复，因为温度较高，时间不宜过长
3.抗原修复时有效温度所需持续时间根据各单位的设备条件以及使用的仪器不同，抗原修复时在有效的温度范围内所持续的时间也不一样。
4.抗原修复液必须遵循自然降温规律，否则效果不好或达不到抗原修复的目的。
5.尽量使用足量的抗原修复液，防止切片干涸。
6.切片必须附贴牢固，否则发生掉片。
