一：全自动弹簧拉压试验机产品简介
液晶显示电子式弹簧试验机主机与辅具的设计融汇了我公司的*技术，外形美观，操作方便，性能稳定可靠。系统通过数字控制器，经调速系统控制数字电机转动，经减速系统减速后通过精密丝杠副带横梁上升、下降，完成试样的拉伸、压缩等力学性能试验，无污染、噪音低，效率高，具有较宽的调速范围。
本机依据弹簧试验机标准规定的要求研制而成。主要用于测试各种螺旋弹簧力学性能指标。
二：全自动弹簧拉压试验机主要功能
1、设定试验力Ｐ，检测弹簧的变形量Ｆ。
2、设定变形量Ｆ，检测弹簧的试验力Ｐ。
3、最多可以设定5个检测点。
4、试验力、位移、刚度采用数字显示、试验结果打印，可测试初拉力。
5、具有峰值保持、过载保护、位移和试验力任意清零、刚度计算、试验速度0.1－500mm/min任意设置、数据查询、数据打印（打印机为选配）等功能。
6、采用精密数控电机带动圆弧同步齿形带对精密滚珠丝杠加载。
