1、材质：全柜体采用1.0mm厚镀锌冷轧钢板，柜体表面环氧树脂粉末静电喷涂，高温固化，附着力高，耐划，耐酸碱，美观耐用。
2、配件：滑轨：16寸DTC专用滑轨，*顺滑。合页：采用DTC牌铰链，115度打开。调整脚：采用直径φ8mm，着地部分外六角尼龙，总高为25MM，可调高度为15MM。
拉手：一字型与门一体，折弯液压而成。
3、加工工艺：板材下料：采用德国进口的2000W数控光纤激光切割机，速度高，下料快，工差小。折弯：全自动数控折弯，机械人操作，精度高，误差少。焊接：点焊和氩弧焊。喷涂：全自动喷房，进口瓦格那高级喷枪，流水线加温固化炉。
4、柜体结构：每个单元均可拆装结构，包装小，装安前搬运方便，体积小不易碰到实验室的过道及楼梯，上楼容易，移动快捷。
5、组装：规格多，组合灵活，根据房间大小，可以任意组合成需要的实验台（边台或台），亦可选配吊柜，柜体从300主机柜到1000双门双抽柜，每隔25MM就有一个单元柜，还配有带抽屉坐位、带键盘架坐位和空坐位，
6、颜色：柜体为主流时尚灰色，踢脚线颜色为深灰色与房间的踢脚线相近。7、面台：台面采用12.7mm实心理化板或（环氧树脂板 陶瓷台面）
