●清灰工况：HKD烘干窑高温除尘器（防结露）的优点是用提升切换阀（柔性接触）替代其它类型烘干机袋室需要一个排风碟阀（刚性接触）和反吹风蝶阀（刚性接触）同时动作才能完成反吹清灰工作，易于实现“组合状态”清灰控制过程，清灰效果理想。

Dust-laden smoke enters filter bags in filter chamber through the air inlet duct over the hopper. with deflector set in air duct. dust in coarse granule can fall into the hopper due to obstruction by deflector and self-gravity, which is known as pre-collecting. Therefore, abrasion of filtering bag by dust can be eased. fine dust swarms into filter bags with airflow, where dust is retained onto filter bags and air could be purified before being exhausted outside by draft fan.

方的进风管道进入过滤室的滤袋中，进气管道内设置有导向导流器，粗颗粒粉尘在导向导流器的阻拦及重力的作用下落入灰斗，实现了粉尘的预分离，减少了粉尘对滤袋的磨损。细粉尘随气流涌入滤袋，粉尘被滞留在滤袋上，气流则透过滤袋得到净化，净化后的气流通过引风机排入大气中。
