进口蒸汽减压阀，steam reducing valve，也叫蒸汽调压阀，是指用于蒸汽管道系统，通过导阀感应阀后压力的变化，调节主阀的阀芯开度，将蒸汽管道的进口压力减至某一需要的出口压力，并稳定在压力值的阀门。此阀依靠蒸汽介质本身的能量,使出口压力自动膜片采用了新型材料，并大大加工了工作面积，因此阀门上游压力或下游负荷细微的变化都能及时准确的反馈到主阀膜片，来调节主阀的开度，确保下游压力的稳定。

七、进口蒸汽减压阀安装说明书
1、蒸汽减压阀安装前必须对管路系统进行冲洗清理。以防焊渣，氧化皮等赃物流入阀内，影响阀门正常工作。
2、蒸汽减压阀应安装在便于操作和维修的地方，并且必须直立安装在水平管道上，应注意使管路中介质的流向与阀体上箭头所示方向一致，切勿反装。
3、蒸汽减压阀在安装使用时，应把旁通管道的截止阀打开，排除管路中的冷凝水和汽水的混合物，以防减压阀开启时产生水圾现象损坏减压阀，当无异常现象后，按顺时针方向缓慢旋转调节螺钉，将出口压力调至所需的压力(以阀后表压为准)，调整后，将锁紧螺母背紧，拧上防护罩。
4、蒸汽减压阀前应安装过滤器，以防介质中的杂物进入减压阀，影响其性能。
5、安装的减压阀前后应有一段直管，阀前的直管长度约为600毫米，阀后的直管长度约为1000毫米。
6、蒸汽减压阀要求进出口压差必须≥0.2Mpa。
7、蒸汽减压阀的管网必须装安全阀，以防减压阀失效压力升高造成系统或者设备的破坏。

Seven, imported steam pressure reducing valve installation instructions
1. The steam pressure relief valve must be flushed and cleaned before installation. In order to prevent the welding slag, oxide scale and other sputum from flowing into the valve, affecting the normal operation of the valve.
2. The steam pressure reducing valve should be installed in a place convenient for operation and maintenance, and must be installed upright on the horizontal pipe. It should be noted that the flow direction of the medium in the pipe is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body, and must not be reversed.
3. When the steam pressure reducing valve is installed and used, the shut-off valve of the bypass pipe should be opened to eliminate the mixture of condensed water and soda water in the pipeline to prevent the garbage valve from damaging the pressure reducing valve when the pressure reducing valve is opened. After no abnormality, slowly rotate the adjusting screw clockwise to adjust the outlet pressure to the required pressure (according to the valve back pressure). After adjustment, tighten the lock nut and tighten the protective cover.
4. A filter should be installed before the steam pressure reducing valve to prevent debris in the medium from entering the pressure reducing valve and affecting its performance.
5. There should be a straight pipe before and after the installed pressure reducing valve. The length of the straight pipe in front of the valve is about 600 mm, and the length of the straight pipe behind the valve is about 1000 mm.
