The Sciclone G3 NGSx HT workstation is a high-throughput, fully standardized and automated solution for complete NGS library prep reaction miniaturization. Capable of pipetting liquids down to as little as 500 nL, this workstation will drastically reduce reagent volumes and per-sample cost while simultaneously increasing the throughput of your NGS assays.
The Sciclone G3 NGSx HT workstation is equipped with a highly precise, 384-channel, low volume pipetting head, integrated on-deck thermocycler (ODTC), Twister® III robotic arm, integrated gripper, and tip chute. This fully enclosed workstation also includes temperature, magnetic and shaking options for precise, standardized NGS library preparation.

- Robotic Tip Loader with a capacity of 27 384-tip boxes and capability to place and pick up on the Sciclone deck
- InHeco® On-deck Thermal Cycler for automation of PCR and multi-temperature incubations
- InHeco CPAC for heating and chilling of samples and reagents
- InHeco Thermal Shaker for thermally controlled shaking and mixing during incubations
- Sciclone Low-volume Pipette head for precise liquid transfers down to 500 nL
- Integrated gripper for moving plates, lids, and tip boxes around the deck or to waste
- Through-deck tip chute for disposal of spent pipette tips
