旋塞阀概述 Plug valve summary
旋塞阀构造简略，启闭敏捷，流体阻力小。这些年作为历被大家选用的阀门之一，不光没有被球阀等型式的阀门所替代，反而商场出现愈来愈火爆的趋势。
旋塞阀是关闭件或柱塞形的旋转阀，通过旋转90度使阀塞上的通道口与阀体上的通道口一样或分隔，完结敞开或关闭的一种阀门。旋塞阀的阀塞的形状可成圆柱形或圆锥形。在圆柱形阀塞中，通道一般成矩形；而在锥形阀塞中，通道成梯形。

结构特点 Structure features
1. 阀体进出口端窗口设计为双道沟槽密封环结构，旋塞在旋转过程中，其密封副件的密封比压在不断变化，直至到达全开关位置时，产生足够的密封比压，密封副达到零泄漏。
2. 双道沟槽密封环既可以使PTFE衬套稳固在阀体内不产生位移，又可吸收由于温差变化引起衬套产生的微量变形，同时衬套与旋塞之间产生有力的擦拭作用，又提高了密封面的使用寿命。
3. 塞轴上部采用了一个PTFE膜片和O型圈与调节垫片组合，既可以调整密封面的密封比压，使塞子转动灵活，又能保证进、出口端和中法兰连接端的密封。
4. 整个密封过程可近似认为与管道内压力无关。
5. PTFE衬套内，根据使用温度和工作介质采用不同衬料的填充物，润滑好、寿命长。

2. Double path groove seal ring structure not only make PTFE lining fixed in the body and can't remove,but also increase powerful friction between lining layer and plug,to enhance the using life of seal face.
3. ln the top of plug is a component consists of PTFE diaphragm,O ring and modulating gasket,it can modulate seal face and seal pressure rating,it makes plug rotary,ａnd also keep connection seal of inlet & outlet and middle flange.
4. Whole seal process almost have no any relation with inner pipeline pressure.
5. lnto the PTFE liner,use different fill in lining material base on the using temperature and working medium,good lubricate and long using life
