三、养护室超声波加湿器操作步骤：
★ 断开雾化器电源，取出雾化器并擦干净雾化器；
★拆开换能片备件包装袋，取出工具匙及备用雾化换能片；
★ 用工具匙拧开雾化器压圈，取出压圈及换能腔中换能片；
★清理换能腔中的污垢及杂物并用软布擦干净换能腔；
★把新的换能片放入换能腔(注意装配时换能片的方向)，用工具匙拧紧压圈。

四、养护室超声波加湿器安装步骤：
★选择合适的位置放置好加湿机
★将自来水管与加湿机过滤器进水口连接好
★ 向水箱内注水(本品为自动调整水位)
★ 把加湿机电源线与风机电源线接到相应电源上
① 主机电源接48VDC
② 风机电源接24VDC
★将开关电源接到相应的控制设备上

五、养护室超声波加湿器换能机备件及使用方法：
换能面在正常使用状态下，换能片的使用寿命约为3000-5000小时，当出现雾化量明显衰减情况下，请先清洁换能片表面水垢或杂质，如果清洁后雾化量仍然不足，则需要更换换能片。

注：本机设有内置电子温控保护开关(断开温度为65±5℃，复位温度为40±5℃)和缺水保护开关，请放心使用。

七、养护室超声波加湿器保养及维修注意事项：
★ 使用本加湿机，请务必使用我公司提供的开关电源，开关电源在接线完成后应固定在墙上等干燥、不易被碰到的位置，且工作时不要触摸电源任一部位，以防触电，开关电源所放位置应通风良好，工作时外表温度会高达40-50℃，请放心使用。
★当需群式使用加湿机时，请务必按要求分别单独配备电源，不能用单个电源连接多个加湿机工作。
★在加湿机工作一段时间后，由于水垢会沉积在雾化器换能片表面，直接影响出雾量，建议每隔2-3周清洗一次，要用细软棉布轻擦换能片，去除污垢(切不可用洗衣粉、洗涤灵等带腐蚀性的清洗剂清洗)保持加湿机A佳的工作状态。
注：根据各地水质的不同，可适当缩短或延长清洗的周期。
★雾化器经长时间工作后(约3000小时)雾化量会逐渐减小，此时请参照图(2)更换新雾化片。
★定期清洗过滤器滤芯，如长时间工作滤芯被垢堵塞则需更换。
★ 严禁将带腐蚀性的液体注入水箱，确保加湿机的正常工作和使用寿命。

★ When you need to use the humidifier in groups, please be sure to provide power separately according to the requirements. Do not use a single power supply to connect multiple humidifiers to work.
★ After the humidifier works for a period of time, because scale will be deposited on the surface of the atomizer transducer sheet, which directly affects the amount of fog, it is recommended to clean it every 2-3 weeks, and wipe the transducer sheet with a soft cotton cloth to remove dirt (Do not use corrosive detergents such as washing powder and detergent) to keep the humidifier A in good working condition.
