全自动多功能多肽合成仪



Apex 396平行合成仪,也称396多功能多肽合成仪是目前世界上平行多肽合成和单通道多肽合成仪的市场魁首。Apex 396平行合成仪是作为生产**研发库、扫描alanine scans、抗原表位定位和多肽平行试验库的理想仪器。合成规模从15毫克到2克。

高产量:

由于特氟龙反应器的设计,树脂停留在反应器底部,可以充分接触反应溶剂。基于这一点,树脂不会粘在反应器的边缘,因此Apex 396平行合成仪能够生产出更高产量的高纯度多肽。

高效率:

当维持一个惰性化境时,大气氮气辅助底部过滤能快速和地排清反应器,结果就是快速清空。这个处理,结合快速输送,减少多肽树脂分解应归于延长和酸的接触或者高效率的清洗树脂以防止杂质转移。

Apex 396平行合成仪是一个易于使用的自动化液体处理系统,能够胜任对液态、固相肽合成和有机合成反应。所有试剂、反应容器均在铝合金密封舱里,因此无需额外的通风橱设备。




Apex 396平行合成仪支持多达96个化合物可以在四氟乙烯块内同时合成,同时也可以在40孔、16孔和8孔模式中选择合成。

Apex 396平行合成仪在96孔反应模式下,合成时间平均为30摩尔肽,每个肽20分钟。依据化学合成过程,氨基酸循环累加时间范围从45分钟到1.5个小时。




Apex 396平行合成仪同轴喷雾探头传输溶剂**度达到了0.5毫升。同轴探头有两个通道:用于溶剂和其他用于惰性气体(氮气或者氩气)。在溶剂送气过程中排出的溶剂替换为惰性气体在溶剂传输过程中,气体保持贯彻整个合成。探头还负责液体的检测,通过鉴定测量溶剂的电容率。这可确保探头进入液面一下的溶剂,探头接触减少可减少宝贵样品之间的交叉污染。

Apex 396平行合成仪反应容器通过正压的氮气压力被**干净,保持一种惰性环境并确保能有效去除容器底部的所溶剂和试剂。
