purpose
It's to determine the ability of the module to withstａnd thermal mismatch, fatigue and other stress caused by repeated changes of temperature and to determine the ability of the module to withstａnd the effects of high temperature and humidity followed by sub-zero temperatures . this is not a thermal shock test

1.Test capacity: can meanwhile satisfy 12 pcs module testing requirement

3.Temperature humidity control
3.1 Temperature control range : -50ºC~+85ºC
3.2 Humidity control range:20%~85%R.H(at +20~+85ºC)
3.3 Temperature fluctuation :≤±1ºC
3.4 Temperature uniformity : ≤2.0ºC
3.5 Temperature deviation : ≤±2.0ºC ( high temperature running),≤±3.0ºC ( low temperature running )
3.6 Humidity deviation :≤±3%R.H (at +20~+85ºC)
3.7 Rise and down temperature speed rate: rise and down speed rate can reach 1-3ºC/min
4.It has measurement and record module temperature's machine, accurate prefer±1ºC, temperature sensor placed middle's front or back surface of module , if more modules meanwhile testing, only need to monitor one module's temperature for representative
5.The test machine is double door type
6.Offer sample frame , the sample through Insulation treatment , can fixed different dimension modules
7.Control software : by HOTOTECH researched and development , can set automatic start and stop , temperature humidity can record within 600 history data , meanwhile can see the history data curve 8.Over temperature alarm function , limit temperature emergency stop
