三、性能及特点:
1、仪器采用单片机控制,液晶屏显示,实时显示蒸馏全过程及蒸馏温度、量筒室温度、油品液体温度、加热功率、残压压力、回收体积、每10%体积下的温度和对应的常压温度、蒸馏速度等参数。
2、自动逐步减压,自动控制残压,保证做样过程中残压的稳定性。
3、自动调节加热功率,使蒸馏速度达到标准的要求。
4、采用进口温度传感器,通过进口温控仪调校,使检测到的蒸馏温度与水银温度计一致。
5、采用特制玻璃量筒。玻璃量筒在仪器上校正一次后,就可使用。一台仪器可使用五支量筒循环做样。
6、具有强大的计算与存贮功能,根据真空压力可换算出各体积下实测温度对应的常压温度。仪器内可存贮24个结果,循环覆盖,结果也可由打印机输出。

Iii. Performance and Characteristics:
1. The instrument adopts single chip microcomputer control and LCD display to display real-time distillation process, distillation temperature, measuring cylinder chamber temperature, oil liquid temperature, heating power, residual pressure pressure, recovery volume, temperature per 10% volume, corresponding atmospheric temperature, distillation speed and other parameters.
2, automatic step decompression, automatic control of residual pressure, to ensure the stability of the residual pressure during the sample making process.
3. Automatically adjust the heating power to make the distillation speed meet the standard requirements.
4. Adopt imported temperature sensor and adjust by imported temperature controller to make the detected distillation temperature consistent with mercury thermometer.
5. Special glass measuring cylinder is adopted. The glass gauge can be used after it has been calibrated once on the instrument. One instrument can use five measuring cylinders to circulate samples.
6. With powerful functions of calculation and storage, the atmospheric temperature corresponding to the measured temperature under each volume can be converted according to the vacuum pressure. 24 results can be stored in the instrument, and the results can also be output by the printer.
