10x solution with: 1 mM dATP, dCTP, dGTP （each）, 0.65 mM dTTP, 0.35 mM DIG-11-dUTP, alkali-labile. Function-tested in the DIG DNA Labeling Kit and in the DIG Nucleic Acid Detection Kit. The labeled probes can be used for Southern, northern, and dot blots, colony and plaque lifts, or in situ hybridization.
