PCR products are blunt-ended directly useable for blunt-end ligation.
For high-fidelity DNA amplification up to 3 kb for: High fidelity PCR, Contains ready-to-use PCR Nucleotide Mix. Cloning. Gene expression. For more convenience, select the 2x concentrated Pwo Master. Using the magnesium-containing reaction buffer supplied, the final MgCl2 concentration is 1.5 mM.
