大鼠瘦素（LEP） elisa试剂盒用途：
本试剂盒仅供科研使用，定量检测细胞液、体液、组织、血清、血浆等标本中大鼠瘦素（LEP） 含量。
大鼠瘦素（LEP） elisa试剂盒原理:
采用双抗体夹心法测定大鼠瘦素（LEP）水 平。用纯化的大鼠瘦素（LEP） 抗体包被微孔板，制成固相载体，实验时依次在微孔板中加入样本及标准品，并加入HRP标记的抗体，形成抗体-抗原-酶标抗体复合物，反复洗涤后加底物TMB显色。TMB在过氧化物酶的催化下转化为蓝色，再用硫酸终止反应，转变成黄色。颜色的深浅和样品中的大鼠瘦素（LEP） 含量呈正相关。采用酶标仪在450nm波长测定吸光度（OD值），根据标准曲线，计算测试样品中大鼠瘦素（LEP） 浓度。

大鼠瘦素（LEP）elisa试剂盒数据计算：
以标准物的浓度为横坐标，OD值为纵坐标，在坐标纸上绘出标准曲线，根据样品的OD值由标准曲线查出相应的浓度；或用标准物的浓度与OD值计算出标准曲线的直线回归方程式，将样品的OD值代入方程式，计算出样品浓度，即为样品的实际浓度。
