          客户提供使用要求，我公司安排技术部设计报价，客户确认后我公司安排生产部生产。

          箱体采用铝合金压铸成型，加工工序特殊处理，表面高速抛光后高压静电喷塑，颜色为“雅明”色，隔爆面车床加工，确保达到防爆标准。

          箱体拼接采用螺丝连接，连接处采用橡皮密封，确保箱体达到密封效果。

          内装品牌元件与安森防爆元件（客户可提供元件），配件采用安森防爆配件，电缆线采用国家标准电缆线进行产生。

          产品完成后我公司进行检验调试，确定产品合格后准予出厂。

          产品包装采用木箱纸箱包装，确保产品运输过程不受到损坏。

          客户使用注意事项，隔爆箱严禁带电开盖！隔爆箱非专业人员严禁开盖！请详细阅读产品使用说明书后使用！如产品出现故障请与我公司，请勿擅自维修操作！
