一. 梯度混合器用途：
梯度混合器（梯度混合仪）是一种使溶液的组份按设定的方式逐步变化的装置，可用来控制溶液中某个组份的溶度变化或酸度变化，在化学分析，分离纯化各种有机物和天然物方面具有广泛的用途。

二. 梯度混合器（梯度混合仪）特点：
1. 本梯度器能使盛放浓缩、稀释溶液的两杯液位始终保持平衡，两杯溶液混合速度以及输出流量均可调节恒定，因此可以做出各种斜率的线性梯度。
2. 使用者如果按不同阶段的时间作适当的输出流量调节，还可做出各种不同的台阶形梯度。
3. 本梯度器还可作为磁力搅拌器使用，只要在需要搅拌的杯内放入一密封磁棒即可。

四. 梯度混合器（梯度混合仪）注意事项：
1. 请把搅拌磁棒放入右杯内，梯度杯放在控制箱上，调节杯子，使右杯中的搅拌磁棒在中心位置转动即可。（调节时要逐步加快速度，不然会造成失步，损坏杯子）
2. 关闭（旋转方向向左）混合阀门和输出阀门，将浓缩溶液倒入左杯，打开（旋转方向向右）混合阀门，让溶液经过通道渗入右杯，立即关闭混合阀门。将另一稀释溶液倒入右杯，使两杯液位相同，然后再打开混合阀门，使两液面保持平衡。
3. 两杯之间通道内如果存有气泡，应设法将气泡除去后方能使用。
4. 打开输出阀门，根据需要的斜率，缓慢调节输出流量。
