性状(以下信息仅供参考)：白色或类白色冻干粉。为双链特异性内切核酸酶，能降解双链DNA成为具有5ˊ-磷酸及3ˊ-OH末端的寡脱氧核糖核苷酸。当有一价锰离子存在时，亦能降解单链DNA。溶于水，微溶于30％乙醇和丙酮。酶反应：脱氧核糖核酸→二核苷酸5′磷酸+寡聚核苷酸5′磷酸zui适pH 7.8。吸光系数(E1%280)11.1。激活剂为二价金属离子，zui大激活可以从镁(Mg2+)+钙(Ca2+)得到。抑制剂有EDTA和十二烷基硫酸钠。可加5mmol/L钙(Ca2+)
