该照射装置是zui近由日本MEJIRO GENOSSEN公司推出的*设备。MUA-165提供高密集度的紫外辐射输出，其光源为超高压汞灯。该装置宜配用光纤束或导光棒将光辐射导出，在光纤束或导光棒的出射端提供*辐射密度的照射条件，如再配用复眼透镜，可在不同距离上形成大小可调的均匀照射面。
The irradiation device is recently by Japanese MEJIRO GENOSSEN company introduced advanced equipment. MUA-165 provides high intensity ultraviolet radiation output, its light source for super high pressure mercury lamp. The device should be equipped with optical fiber beam or rod of optical radiation is derived, in the optical fiber beam or rod exit end with super density of radiation exposure, such as using a compound eye lens, in different distance is formed on the adjustable size uniform irradiation of the surface.
