间接法是检测抗体zui常用的方法，其原理为利用酶标记的抗抗体以检测已与固相结合的受检抗体，故称为间接法。操作步骤如下：(1)将特异性抗原与固相载体连接，形成固相抗原(2)加稀释的受检血清：其中的特异抗体与抗原结合，形成固相抗原抗体复合物。(3)加酶标抗抗体：与固相复合物中的抗体结合，从而使该抗体间接地标记上酶。(4)加底物显色：颜色深度代表标本中受检抗体的量。
