羊产气荚膜梭菌D型抗体（CPD-Ab）Elisa试剂盒，用于ELISA测定的临床标本zui为常用的是血清（浆），有时因为特定的检测目的，也用到唾液、脑脊液、尿液、粪便等标本。目前使用血清（浆）标本测定的标志物一般有传染性病原体的抗原和抗体、肿瘤标志物、激素、特种蛋白、细胞因子和治疗药物等。
对用于激素和治疗药物测定的血清标本的收集，要注意收集时间甚或体位有可能会对测定结果产生影响。如可的松在早晨4：00—6：32之间，会有一峰值出现；生长激素、促黄体激素（LH）和促卵泡激素（FSH）均以阵发性方式释放，因此，在测定此类激素时，有必要在密切相连的时间间隔内采取数份血样本，以其中间值为测定值。

血浆：应根据试剂盒的要求选择 EDTA 、柠檬酸钠或肝素作为抗凝剂，加入 10 ％（ v/v ）抗凝剂 （ 0.1M 柠檬酸钠或 1% heparin 或2.0%EDTA.Na2） 混合10-20 分钟后，离心 20 分钟左右（ 2000-3000 转 / 分）。仔细收集上清。如有沉淀形 成，应再次离心。
尿液、胸腹水、脑脊液：
用无菌管收集。离心 20 分钟左右（ 2000-3000 转 / 分）。仔细收集上清。如有沉淀形成，应再次离心。
计算以标准物的浓度为横坐标，OD值为纵坐标，在坐标纸上绘出标准曲线，根据样品的OD值由标准曲线查出相应的浓度；再乘以稀释倍数；或用标准物的浓度与OD值计算出标准曲线的直线回归方程式，将样品的OD值代入方程式，计算出样品浓度，再乘以稀释倍数，即为样品的实际浓度。
试剂盒组成及试剂配制 1. 酶联板（Assay plate ）： 一块（96孔）。 2. 标准品（Standard）：5×0.5ml/瓶。标准品为冻干品，使用前分别用0.5ml蒸馏水溶解，溶解后浓度分别为： Standard 1 Standard 2Standard 3 Standard 4 Standard 5 4 pg/ml 15.6 pg/ml 62.5 pg/ml 250 pg/ml1000 pg/ml 3. 酶结合物（HRP-conjugate）： 1×6ml/瓶。 4. 抗体（Antibody） 1×6ml/瓶。 5.显色剂A（Substrate A）： 1×7ml/瓶。 6. 显色剂B（Substrate B）： 1×7ml/瓶。 7. 浓洗涤液（WashBuffer）： 1×15ml/瓶，使用时每瓶用蒸馏水稀释20倍。 8. 终止液（Stop Solution）：1×7ml/瓶需要而未提供的试剂和器材 1. 标准规格酶标仪 2. 高速离心机 3. 电热恒温培养箱 4. 干净的试管和Eppendof管 5.系列可调节移液器及吸头，一次检测样品较多时，用多通道移液器 6. 蒸馏水，容量瓶等标本的采集及保存 1.血清：全血标本请于室温放置2小时或4℃后于1000 xg离心20分钟，取上清即可检测，或将标本放于-20℃或-80℃保存，但应避免反复冻融。 2.血浆：可用EDTA或肝素作为抗凝剂，标本采集后30分钟内于2 - 8° C 1000 x g离心15分钟，或将标本放于-20℃或-80℃保存，但应避免反复冻融。注：以上标本置4℃保存应小于1周，-20℃或-80℃均应密封保存，-20℃不应超过1个月，-80℃不应超过2个月；标本溶血会影响zui后检测结果，因此溶血标本不宜进行此项检测。
