氙灯老化试验机

一、介绍:氙灯老化试验机又称为氙灯老化试验箱,氙灯老化机等,氙灯老化试验机的工作流程原理是通过模拟光照、温度、湿度等综合作用于试验材料。光照强度、温度、湿度都采用P.I.D+S.S.R来控制。许多的物品在长期的光照条件下都会产生降解的情况,例如荧光灯、卤素灯以及其他发光灯源,等会对物品出现光降解的情况。

氙灯老化试验机所采用的光照主要是阳光中的破坏性光波,例如UV、可见光和红外光等等。在箱体内照射强度相当于夏季强光照下的环境。

二、用途:氙灯老化试验机用于模拟阳光照射、雨露冷凝等天气状况,来测试材料在光照和潮湿环境下的耐久性能。氙灯老化试验机提供了一个模拟加速试验材料老化的光照潮湿环境,能够控制光的照射强度来达到加速试验测试效果,光的照射强度和不同的波长会影响到材料的性能稳定性。

三、如何选择:氙灯老化试验机分为水冷型和风冷型两种,风冷型好还是水冷型的氙灯老化试验机好呢?具体要看客户的使用要求以及试验标准来定,比如说汽车外饰件SAE J2527的标准就要求使用水冷型的,要求双喷淋,氙灯光谱为340nm,辐照强度要求0.55W/m2。

风冷氙灯老化机的灯管为水平安装,而水冷型为垂直安装;风冷型测试产品为水平摆放,而水冷型测试产品为垂直摆放,切割摆放在样板上,风冷型氙灯老化机相对于水冷型更为经济,结构也相对简单,使用时只需要保证用去蒸馏水即可,而水冷型则需要用到冷水机和纯水机,安装使用方面相对复杂些。
