六、交货长度
电缆根据双方的协议长度交货。成盘电缆滚动时必须按线盘上的箭头方向移动。
七、包装
电缆交货盘应符合JB/T8137的规定。
电缆应整齐卷绕在电缆交货盘上,电缆端头应紧密包封,露出电缆盘外面的长度应满足交流电压试验的要求。
每一电缆盘上只允许卷绕同一型号同一规格的电缆。
八、运输和贮存
电缆应能适应水、陆、空一切交通运输工具。在运输和贮存过程中应注意:
防止水气、潮气侵入电缆;
防止严重弯曲及其它机械损伤;
防止高温及在阳光下曝晒。
九、产品使用中注意事项
应根据实际使用条件,正确选用电缆型号、规格及载流量是否符合设计要求。
在敷设时应注意接头质量,保证各绝缘线芯间有良好的绝缘效果。
电缆敷设后应进行交接试验,交接试验应采用直流电压。
