丹富斯平衡阀工作原理与安装
平衡阀是在水力工况下,起到动态、静态平衡调节的阀门。如:静态平衡阀,动态平衡阀。静态平衡阀亦称平衡阀、双位调节阀等,它是通过改变阀芯与阀座的间隙(开度),来改变流经阀门的流动阻力以达到调节流量的目的,其作用对象是系统的阻力,能够将新的水量按照设计计算的比例平衡分配,各支路同时按比例增减,仍然满足当前气候需要下的部份负荷的流量需求,起到热平衡的作用。
丹富斯平衡阀的安装说明:
既然安装平衡阀是为了更好的供暖,就不存在反装的问题。如果是反装,就是人为的错误,当然就会纠正。平衡阀属于调节阀范畴,丹富斯平衡阀它的工作原理是通过改变阀芯与阀座的间隙(即开度),改变流体流经阀门的流通阻力,达到调节流量的目的。平衡阀相当于一个局部阻力可以改变的节流元件,对不可压缩流体,由流量方程式可得。
Kv为平衡阀的阀门系数。它的定义是:当平衡阀前后差压为1bar(约1kgf/cm2)时,流经平衡阀的流量值(m3/h)。平衡阀全开时的阀门系数相当于普通阀门的流通能力。
如果平衡阀开度不变,则阀门系数Kv不变,也就是说阀门系数Kv由开度而定。通过实测获得不同开度下的阀门系数,平衡阀就可做为定量调节流量的节流元件。
在管网平衡调试时,用软管将被调试的平衡阀的测压小阀与智能仪表连接,仪表可显示出流经阀门的流量值(及压降值),经与仪表人机对话,向仪表输入该平衡阀处要求的流量值后,仪表通过计算、分析、得出管路系统达到水力平衡时该阀门的开度值。
1.不应随意变动平衡阀开度管网系统安装完毕,并具备测试条件后,使用智能仪表对全部平衡阀进行调试整定,并将各阀门开度锁定,使管网实现水力工况平衡。在管网系统正常运行过程中,不应随意变动平衡阀的开度,特别是不应变动开度锁定装置。
2.不必再安装截止阀。在检修某一环路时,可将该环路上的平衡阀关闭,此时平衡阀起到截止阀截断水流的作用,检修完毕后再回复到原来锁定的位置。因此安装了平衡阀,就不必再安装截止阀。
3.系统增设(或取消)环路时应重新调试整定在管网系统中增设(或取消)环路时,除应增加(或关闭)相应的平衡阀之外,原则上所有新设的平衡阀及原有系统环路中的平衡阀均应重新调试整定(原环路中支管平衡阀不必重新调整)。

1. Should not arbitrarily change the balance valve opening of pipeline system is installed, and the test conditions, using a dedicated smart meters to debug setting of all balance valve, and lock the valve opening, the balance of pipe network to realize the condition. In the process of pipe network system normal operation, should not arbitrarily change the balance valve opening, especially should not change the opening the lock.
2. Don't have to install globe valve. In the overhaul of a loop, the loop on the balancing valve can be closed, at this time have the effect of cutting cut-off valve flow balancing valves, reply again after the repair to the original lock position. So the balance valve installation, just don't have to install cut-off valve.
3. The system to add (or cancel) the loop should be readjusted when added in the setting in the pipe network system (or cancel) loop, in addition to increase (or close) corresponding balance valve, in principle, all new balance valve and balancing valve shall be in the original system loop to debug setting (branch in loop of the balancing valve don't have to readjust).
