JWZ型系列液压阀门测试台是我公司在积累多年生产阀门测试检测设备技术的基础上，按照国家GB/T13927-2008《通用阀门压力试验》和ZBJ16006-90《阀门的试验与检测》等标准，参照标准ISO5208《工业用阀门的压力试验》和美国石油学会标准API1598《阀门检验和试验》的标准规范要求而研制产品，可对阀门进行壳体试验，上密封试验，高压水密封试验和低压气密封试验。
JWZ型卧式液压阀门测试台，分为液压系统、电气系统、机械系统、测压系统等四大系统，由机架、左右工作盘、夹紧油缸、牵引油缸、翻转油缸、移动油缸、试验介质控制管路及控制阀、低压水泵、高压水泵、油泵及电机、试验介质控制管路及控制阀、液压控制系统、电气控制系统、试验压力计量等组成。
阀门的装夹型式为抱压式，被测阀门的两端法兰和盲板，分别由左右工作盘上的夹爪抱压夹紧，右工作盘在翻转油缸作用下，可以90°翻转，以便在进行密封试验时观察和检查密封泄漏情况，工作盘上的压爪在径向上根据阀门法兰大小，在牵引油缸的作用下可同步张大和缩小，在轴向上根据阀门法兰厚度，在夹紧油缸作用下可同步压紧和放松，左向工作盘可根据阀门结构长度长短，在移动油缸作用下可以左右移动，低压水泵和介质循环水箱系统组成一体，使介质循环使用，压力表控制阀门和电器按钮开关，全部设计在测试台前方进行操作控制，能使各机制协调动作，操作方便，安全可靠，满足广大用户测试需要。
