什么是交联剂
交联剂是一类小分子化合物,分子量一般在200-600之间,具有2个或者更多的针对特殊基团(氨基、巯基等)的反应性末端,可以和2个或者更多的分子分别偶联从而使这些分子结合在一起。在生命科学研究中,巧妙地运用交联剂可以使很多工作取得突破。
交联剂的应用
交联剂已经被广泛地应用于:细胞膜结构研究,蛋白质结构研究,蛋白质间相互作用研究,生物导*研究,载体蛋白与半抗原的连接,蛋白质或其他分子的固相化,抗体的标记,标记转移,蛋白质与核酸的连接。
