用途：用于测定血清、血浆、组织和相关液体样本中的含量或者活性

试剂盒注意事项：

1. 贮存：在收到Bender MedSystems Module Sets后立即分装所有组分，贮存于-20℃，每一份分装试剂请一次性使用。

2. 板子：使用96 孔板。

3. BSA：BSA是assay buffer的成分，来自于不同生厂商或不同批号的BSA都可能导致实验结果的不*或失败（高背景、异常的标准曲线、低OD值）。

4. TMB底物溶液：试剂盒来自于不同厂商的TMB可能影响分析结果（低OD值）。

5. 包被、封闭：使用不含BSA的PBS溶液包被板，加入含有BSA的Assay buffer封闭。

6. 操作步骤：尽量按照说明书操作，稀释溶液现配现用，按推荐的温度和时间进行孵育。
