广州艾浩尔AEM5700纺织抗菌剂是由世界*化学科技公司Aegis Microbe Shield研发成功，可有效抑制革兰氏菌、*、肺炎脓杆菌、酵母菌、真菌、虫螨以及藻类等，AEM5700纺织抗菌剂将赋予处理后之基质*之耐久性，并且对微生物抗菌具有*的防护功能，对于纤维织物处理之前染工程及后整理加工过程均可使用，以防止微生物所引起的危害，延长织物的使用寿命。
AEM5700 Anti-microbial Agent was developed by Aegis Microbe Shield. It can inhibit many microbes , such as gram negative bacteria, staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumoniae, yeast , mite and algae.AEM5700 will give superior durability and unique protective function. It can be used either before dyeing or after processing , so as to prevent the harm by microorganisms and prolong the service life of fabric.
使用范围：
本公司所销售的纺织抗菌剂AEM5700可用于棉、尼龙、聚酯等纤维制品上加工，有着广泛的用途。zui近在不织布、发泡聚氨酯、合成皮革等材料上也有所用。
Our textile antibacterial AEM5700 can be used for cotton, nylon, polyester and other fiber products processing. The usage is very large. Recently AEM5700 has been used in non-woven fabric, foam polyurethane, synthetic leather and other materials.
1. 适用于各项天然纤维，如棉、麻、羊毛…等；及人造纤维，如聚酯、耐隆、聚丙烯(p.p)莱卡弹性纤维缧萦(Rayon)、腊酸纤维、玻璃纤维、…等；及以上之混纺织物。
It is suitable for all kinds of natural fibers (such as cotton, hemp, and wool), synthetic fibers (such as polyester, nylon fiber, polypropylene (p.p), Lycra elastic acrylic fiber (Rayon), acetate fiber, and glass fiber), and above of blended fabric, etc.

3. 运动鞋和休闲鞋及各种用途之袜类。Sports shoes, casual shoes and various usages of hosiery.
4. 寝具用品(被单、毛毯、床单、被套、枕套、地毯)。Bedding products (sheets, blankets, bed sheet, bed sheet set , pillowcase, and carpet)
5. 室内装潢用品、被类、睡袋、服装等内部填充料所使用的各种纤维，如棉、天然羽绒、耐纶、聚脂、人造丝或羊毛等。The fiber used in internal filling materials（including indoor decoration supplies, quit, sleeping bags, and clothing）: cotton，natural feathers, nylon, polyester, rayon, or wool, etc.
6. 预先潮湿的餐巾纸和小毛巾。Wet napkin and small towel in advance.
使用方法：
批次式色纱生产：可使用于筒纱染及绞纱染制程中AEM 5700使用量：3%~5%(o.w.f.)
Dyed yarn batch production ： Usage of bobbin yarn dyeing is 3%~5%(o.w.f.)； Usage of skein dyeing is 3%~5%(o.w.f.)
浴比： 1:10~1:20 Bath ratio: 1:10~1：20
pH5~7(弱酸或中性) pH5~7（ weak acid or neutral ）
AEM 5700硅酮季铵盐溶液，能容易地在水中稀释。在搅拌水的同时将AME 5700加入即成AEM 5700的稀释溶液，AEM 5700的水溶液浓度依被处理物的原料、处理方法和制品的用途等而调整。
AEM 5700 （Textile Anti-mold Agent） can be diluted in the water easily. Stirring in the water and adding AEM 5700 at the same time would modulate dilute solutions. AEM 5700 dilute concentration is adjusted by the processing of raw materials, processing methods and products use.
加工纤维可利用一般的染色机，例如处理纱线时可用奥氏染色机、绞纱染色机和筒子染色机，处理织物时可用绳状染色机、浸渍染色机，处理制品则可用滚筒染色机。可以在染色制程后经充份洗净、脱水后，干燥制程之前进行AEM5700的加工。
Processing fiber can be used by general dyeing machine. For example, Obermaier dyeing machine, skein dyeing machine and bobbin dyeing machine can handle yarn, while rope dyeing machine and dip dyeing machine can handle fiber.When handling ware, perforated cylinder dyeing machine should be used. After dyeing process, wash fully and dehydrate the fiber, and then join AEM5700 before drying process.
进行AEM5700加工时，zui重要的是被处理物的表面，在AEM5700加工前务必充份地洗净。易脱落的物质，例如多余的染料、洗涤剂和其它污物等等，务*水或热水充份洗净。若在沾污的处理物上进行AEM5700加工，那么洗一次它即会与污物同时脱落，是没有耐久性的。经AEM5700加工后，将被加工物放在80-120℃下烘干脱水后，它即会在被加工物的表面形成坚固的覆膜。AEM5700的覆膜形成不是加热硬化，干燥程序反而是将湿的被加工物烘干而己。即使在室温下晾干其抗菌性能和经加热干燥是相同的。
While processing with AEM5700,it is very important to treat the surface. So, please wash the material clean enough. The material which is easy to fall, such as redundant dyes, detergents and other contaminants, should be washed clean with water or hot water.Processing polluted fiber has no durability, because AEM5700 will fall off together with contaminants at once.However,after processing of AEM5700,the processed products dried under 80-120℃ can form a film covering on its surface.The film covering is not hot hardening, but drying is to dry the wet processed products directly .Even drying at room temperature, its antibacterial properties are the same as baking .
若需柔软、手感、吸水、防静电、防污整理时，必须考虑这些整理加工剂的离子性。例如，若是阳离子型或非离子型的加工剂，虽然可以和AEM5700同浴处理，但为了提高AEM5700的加工效率，建议用一浴二段或二浴分开处理。
对阴离子型的加工剂，则忌用同浴处理，应用二浴处理加工。以上所有场合都应是AEM5700先加工。
If you need to soft,handle, water uptake, anti-electrostatics,and anti-soiling finish, you must consider the ionicity of processing agent. If the processing agent is cationic or nonionic,it is better to use one-bath two-step process or two-bath process that will increase the efficiency ,but remember don’t use water-curing together. Above all occasions ,AEM5700（Textile Anti-mold Agent）should be processed first.
包装规格：
采用25L蓝色四方塑料桶包装，请将本产品放在阴凉干燥的地方，且儿童不宜接触，避免接触到口、鼻、眼睛等，如接触到眼睛或口鼻，请立即用大量清水冲洗。
AEM5700( Anti-microbial Agent) packaging uses 25 L square blue plastic packaging for industry, while its household packaging uses 500 ML artificial watering can.Please put the product in a cool, dry place which is under a normal temperature, and keep away from children . Avoid contact with the mouth, nose, and eyes. If it contacts with the mouth, nose, and eyes, please rinse immediay with plenty of water.
注意事项：
本产品属于环保产品,但不排除个别人会产生过敏现象,因此建议使用橡胶手套和口罩操作,若不慎皮肤与药剂接触,可使用肥皂水清洗,产品若滴入眼中,应立即使用清水冲洗,若比较严重者,建议立即就医.
