1) 用途：适用于半导体制造厂、原子能研究中心、无尘室、层流设备、净化工作台等超高洁净度要求的场合。

2) 类型：密褶式高效过滤器

5) 滤料：高性能进口0.12微米专用玻璃纤维滤纸
