Rapid, One-step ELISA for Detection of Sarafloxacin

The MaxSignal^® Sarafloxacin ELISA Test Kit is a one-step competitive colorimetric ELISA assay for the detection of sarafloxacin in various sample types. The MaxSignal Sarafloxacin ELISA Test Kit provides a unique extraction method, which is accurate, rapid, cost effective and easy to use. Sarafloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic which works by inhibition of bacterial DNA- topoisomerase II. It has been proposed for use in the drinking water of poultry to treat bacterial disease, and in fish feed to treat diseases such as furunculosis, vibriosis and enteric redmouth. This kit is manufactured to the international quality standard ISO 9001.
