The Eonis™ DNA Extraction kit is an in vitro diagnostic device intended for extraction and purification of DNA in newborn blood specimens dried on filter paper.

详细介绍

The Eonis DNA Extraction kit provides an effective solution for extracting and purifying DNA from a 3.2 mm DBS disk for molecular assays. The extraction protocol consists of two wash steps that remove unwanted water-soluble substances from the sample, followed by a hightemperature incubation in an alkaline elution solution with constant shaking to elute DNA from DBS.
