The NEXTFLEX^® Rapid XP DNA-Seq kit v2 combines enzymatic fragmentation with end-repair and A-tailing in one reaction to create a highly efficient first step in library generation, which is followed by ligation, PCR, and automation. This kit is supplied in cassette format to be used on the BioQule^™ NGS System for low throughput automation.
