半连续式油脂精炼设备，有称物理精炼设备。

主要过程：水化（脱胶）、中和（脱酸）、吸附（脱色）、过滤、蒸馏（脱酸、脱臭）。

主要设备及用途：
1、脱色工段采用两台自动排渣过滤器，提高工艺的连续性。
2、脱酸脱臭塔利用物理的方法一次性脱酸脱臭，避免了化学脱酸造成的成品油损耗。
3、油油热交换设备，此设计用凉油冷却热油，同时用热油加热凉油，达到节能和提高工作效率。
4、导热油炉和蒸汽锅炉同时使用，提高得油率及成品油品质。
