间歇式油脂精炼设备
简介：间歇式精炼设备，又名化学精炼设备。
处理量：1T/D-5T/D
主要过程：水化（脱胶）、中和（脱酸）、吸附（脱色）、过滤、蒸馏（脱臭）。
主要设备及用途：
1、两台精炼罐交替工作，可以脱胶、脱磷、脱酸。
2、脱色罐在真空下工作，用活性白土吸附脱色。
3、自动排渣过滤器，操作简单。
4、脱臭罐采用不锈钢304材质，保证油脂的品质；内置双盘管加热冷却一体化。
5、皂脚盐析罐用于精炼皂脚，回收部分油，降低成品油的损耗。
6、导热油炉、蒸汽发生器。
其它附助设备压缩机、真空泵、各种、电控柜、安装材料、操作平台和阀门管道全部包含在内；用户无需采购其它设备。
