应用Applications

Tube-Sealer用于断开生物制药工艺中使用的一次性袋上的热塑管，例如C-flex®、Advantaflex®、FluiSoft®、Sanipure™和Pharmed®。可在非无菌环境中断开单个袋子或袋子组件，并保持产品的无菌性。
The Tube-Sealer is used to disconnect thermoplastic tubing such as C-Flex®，Advantaflex®，FluiSoft®，SaniPure™ and PharMed®，on disposable bag assemblies used in biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes.Individual bags or bag assemblies can be disconnected in a non sterile environment by maintaining sterility of the product.

工作原理Operating Principle
两个加热元器件对带液或不带液热塑管进行挤压，并对受挤压热塑管进行加热。在热量和挤压双重作用下，管子熔合成均匀密封截面，可用剪刀从中将管子断开。
The inserted empty or liquid filled tube will be compressed and heated between two eating elements.The heat and the compression force will fuse the tube to a omogeneous section.This section can be cut in the middle by using sharp scissors.

灵活适用Flexibility
一台机器，可用于热密封外径1/4"-1"、壁厚1/16"-1/8"的热塑管。可实现带液密封，这使其非常适于与一次性袋配合使用。
One machine can be adapted to seal tube with outer diameter from 1/4"to 1"or with wall-thickness from 1/16"to 1/8".It also can be used to seal tube with liquid which makes it ideal for the implementation of Single Use Bag Technology.

操作简单Easy to use
一键选择管径、一键热封、一键开盖，操作便捷。
Easy to operate：One-button to select tube size，one-button to start sealing，ａnd one-button to open the cover.

热封时间短Short sealing cycles
对于不同管径和品牌的热塑管，平均热密封时间在1.5-4.5分钟。
Depending on the tubing size and brand，the average sealing cycle times are between 1.5 to 4.5 minutes.

稳定Stability
Tube-Sealer能确保在无菌条件下断开热塑管，热密封具有比较好的稳定性。所有机器在发货前均进行单独测试，以确保机器稳定可靠。
The thermal seal produced by the Tube-Sealer ensures an extraordinary level of stability and guarantees sterile disconnections.All units are individually tested before dispatch to ensure maximum reliability.
