Cy3 NHS ester is a reactive dye for the labeling of amino-groups in peptides, proteins, and oligonucleotides.
Cy3 NHS ester can replace NHS esters of Alexa Fluor 546, and DyLight 549.
This dye requires use of organic co-solvent （such as DMF, or DMSO） for the labeling. Water-soluble Cy3 is also available.
