随着化石能源成本的不断走高,蒸汽的生产制造也成本不断提升。降低蒸汽的消耗已经成为企业的不可回避的课题As the fossil energy costs continue to rise, manufacturing costs are also rising steam. Reduce steam consumption has become an unavoidable issue Enterprises

那么我们应该如何降低蒸汽的消耗呢?对此我们主要把握以下三点原则;

③使热能得到重复利用。③ thermal energy to get reused

在降低蒸汽的消耗的过程中疏水阀又扮演着什么样的角色呢?

     一,要保证疏水阀正常运行无泄漏现象;

     二;要选择正确的疏水阀用来及时的排除设备中的冷凝水不及不凝结气体。

     三:要设置合理的疏水管道利用疏水阀的背压将冷凝水输送到合适的位置循环利用。

   若在工厂设计的同时着眼整个蒸汽系统,利用好疏水阀,选择合适的疏水阀。让用气设备能zui大限度的发挥作用,同时保证设备疏水畅通,并且及时回收可利用的冷凝水,就可以达到很好的节能目的,并不需要投入过多不需要的设备。
