参数设置
1.出锡速度SPEED
采用拨码开关设置，按压拨盘上的“+”，对应位的数字增加一个数字；“-”对应位数字减少一个数字。
出锡速度为1位设置，0-9表示出锡速度约2.7mm/s-27mm/s（36º/s-360º/s）.分辨率为2.7mm/s即每1数值代表出锡速度2.7mm/s（36º/s）。
如：设置为0时，出锡速度zui慢，为2.7mm/s（36º/s）；设置为1时，速度为5.4mm/s（72º/s）；。。。。。。设置为9时，出锡速度zui快，为27mm/s（360º/s）。拨动码开关“SPEED"，根据工作需求，选折相应的数值。
可调范围：约2.7mm/s-27mm/s（36º/s-360º/s）

1.Feed speed
Adopt data-chosen-switches settings,press "+",the corresponding bit numbers increased by a number; "-" to reduce a number.
Feed speed is one number setting, 0-9 mean the feed speed is
about 2.7mm/s-27mm/s（36º/s-360º/s）. Resolution is 2.7mm/s,this mean each one number represents the tin-speed is 2.7mm/s（36º/s）.
For example,Set 0,the tin-speed is the lowest 2.7mm/s（36º/s）. Set 1,the tin-speed is 5.4mm/s（72º/s）.......Set 9,the tin-speed is the fastest,is 27mm/s（360º/s）.Dial the switch"SPEED",According to your work requirements,choose the number.
The adjustable range:about 2.7mm/s-27mm/s（36º/s-360º/s）
2.出锡量LENGTH
出锡量采用角度制，即用电机所转的角度来表示出锡的长度。
出锡量为3位设置，001-999表示出锡长度为0.15-150mm；分辨率为0.15mm（1.8度）即每1数值表示0.15mm（1.8度）.数值设置方式同出锡速度.
如:设置数值为001时,出锡角度为1.8度,出锡长度为0.15mm;设置数值为002时,出锡角度为3.6度,长度为0.3mm,`````````````选择数值为999时zui长,出锡角度1798.2度,长度约为150mm
拨动拨码开关"LENGTH"根据工作需求,选择相应的数值.
可调范围:0-150mm
2.Length
The Feeding speed adopt degree measure,the angle turn by motor show the length of the tin.
The Feeding speed setting by 3 numbers,001-009 mean the length is 0.15-150mm,resolution is 0.15mm（1.8º）.That each number mean 0.15mm（1.8º）.the number setting method is same as Feed speed.
For example:Set 001,the feeding angle is 1.8º,the feeding length is 0.15mm,Set 002,the feeding angle 3.6º,the feeding length is 0.3mm..........choose 9999,the angle is 1798.2º,the length is 150mm.Dial the switch "LENGTH",According to your work requirements,choose the number.
The adjustable range:0-150mm
3.出锡间隔时间INTERVAL TINE
出锡间隔时间是指自动出锡在两次以上时,每次出锡之间的间隔时间,间隔时间采用1位数设置,0-9表示0-2.7S,分辩率为0.3S.即每1数值表示为0.3S.数值设置方式同出锡速度.
如:设置数值为1时.间隔时间为0.3秒;设置数值为2时,间隔时间为0.6秒; ```````````设置数值为9时时间zui长,间隔时间为2.7秒;
拨动拨码开关'INTERVAL TIME"进行数值选择.
可调范围:0-2.7S
Feeding interval time
The feeding interval time mean automatic feeding more than 2 times,the each time interval between the feeding,the interval time adopt one number setting,0-9 mean 0-2.7s,resolution is 0.3s,that mean each 1 number represent 0.3s.the number setting method is same as Feed speed.
For example:when set number 1,the interval time is 0.3s,when set number 2,the interval time is 0.6s.........when set number 9,the interval time is 2.7s
Dial switch"INTERVAL TIME",according to your work requirements,choose the number.
The adjustable range:0-2.7s
4.出锡方式设置MODE
拨动拨码开关"MODE"选择相应的数值.
出锡方式为1位设置,数值选择方式同上.每个数值对应功能如下;
0:手动出锡 1:自云出锡1次
2:自动出锡2次 3:自动出锡3次
4:自动出锡4次 5:自动出锡5次
6:自动出锡6次 7:自动出锡7次
8:自动出锡8次 9:自动出锡9次
每次出锡后都会回锡.
Feeding mode
Dial the switch"MODE"choose the number.
When Feeding mode is 1,the number setting method is same as Feed speed. Each number mean:
0:manual feeding 1:Auto feeding 1 times
2:Auto feeding 2 times 3:Auto feeding 3 times
4.Auto feeding 4 times 5:Auto feeding 5 times
6.Auto feeding 6 times 7:Auto feeding 7 times
8.Auto feeding 8 times 9:Auto feeding 9 times
Each auto feeding will back feeding.
5.回锡时间RETURN
拨动拨码开关"RETURN"选技相应的数值.
回锡时间为1位数设置.0-9表示0-0.9S,分辩率为0.1S即每1数值表示0.1S.在回锡时回锡速度一定.不可以设整,为360°/S.
如:设置数值为0时,回锡时间为0S,回锡长度为0mm;设置数值为1时,回锡时间为0.1S,回锡长度约为2.8MM;设置数值为2时,回锡时间为0.2S,回锡长度约5.6mm;.``````````````设置数值为9时,回锡时间为0.9S,回锡长度约25mm.
可调范围:0-0.9S（约0-25mm）.
6.出锡力度
由于出锡力度不足,锡线不被自动送出时,可调节机器上盖的压力调节螺丝增强出锡力度----顺时针节调节;由于力度太大,而使锡线被挤压变形时,可减弱出锡力度---------逆时针调节.
Back feeding:
Dial the switch "RETURN" choose the number.
Backing time is 1 number setting,0-9 mean 0-0.9s,resolution is 0.1s,that mean each 1 number mean 0.1s,when backing feeding ,the number should not set integral,is 360°/S.
For example:
如:设置数值为0时,回锡时间为0S,回锡长度为0mm;设置数值为1时,回锡时间为0.1S,回锡长度约为2.8MM;设置数值为2时,回锡时间为0.2S,回锡长度约5.6mm;.``````````````设置数值为9时,回锡时间为0.9S,回锡长度约25mm.

7.出锡力度
