用途:生化研究。茶叶分析用标准。绿原酸具有抗菌活性,对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC为400ng/ml;对透明质酸酶抑制的IC50为1.85mmol/L;是葡萄糖-6-P移位酶的抑制剂
