石墨坩埚型号规格使用说明 
1、石墨坩埚存放在通风干燥的环境中，以免受潮影响使用。 
2、石墨坩埚在搬运中要轻拿轻放，严禁摔震， 切勿滚动，以免损坏坩埚表面的保护层。 
3、使用前要提前对坩埚进行烘烤，烘烤温度由低到高徐徐升温， 并不断翻动坩埚，让其均匀受热，排除坩埚体内的水分，预热温度逐步升到500 以上（如预热不当，造成坩埚剥落、爆裂，不属质量问题恕不退换） 
4、石墨坩埚炉要与坩埚配套，上下和周围空隙要符合要求，炉盖不能压在埚体上。 
5、使用时要避免火焰直喷坩埚体，应喷向坩埚底座。 
6、加料时应慢慢加入，是碎料，大料不要装的太多、太紧，以免涨裂坩埚。 
7、装、出炉所用的坩埚钳要和坩埚外型相符，以免夹坏坩埚。 
8、坩埚是连续使用，这样才能更好的发挥它的高性能。 
9、熔炼过程中须加剂的投入量，过量的使用会降低坩埚的使用寿命。 
10、使用坩埚时要周期性的转动坩埚，使其受热均匀，延长使用。 
11、清除石墨坩埚内外壁熔渣和粘焦时应轻敲，避免损坏石墨坩埚。

错误的做法：在支撑砖和坩埚之间留下的空隙太小，坩埚膨胀受阻会裂开。

一、安装坩埚前，必须先检查炉膛内部：炉壁和炉底应该是完好无损，必须干燥，没有金属或炉渣附着。如果炉壁或炉底附着水泥或炉渣，必须要进行清理。否则火焰的前进会受到阻碍而使火焰方向发生偏转，从而造成坩埚局部受热过度，在坩埚壁上发生氧化或产生小洞。

二、坩埚的底部支撑：
Second, the bottom of the crucible support:
1.安装坩埚时，坩埚的底部支撑必须使用表面平整的、足够大的圆柱形底座，底座的直径至少要与坩埚的底部相同，是略大2-3cm，且底座高度略高于出火口，从而防止火焰直接烧到坩埚底部。否则容易造成底部材料迅速被侵蚀，坩埚变成锥形，或由于坩埚底部受力不均而使坩埚开裂。Install the crucible, crucible bottom supporting large enough of a cylindrical base must be used with smooth surface, and the base diameter of at least to the bottom of the crucible, preferably 2-3cm, and the base height is slightly higher than the outlet, thereby preventing direct flame burn at the bottom of the crucible. 3.在倾转炉中使用卡隼式底座时，必须保证底座的凸起和坩埚凹槽是互相匹配的。如果底座的凸起太高或者尺寸太大，坩埚底部会受到挤压，必然造成底部破裂，而且在倾倒后，坩埚不能被有效地固定。Use a tenon type base in tilting converter, must ensure that the base bulge and the groove is matched in the crucible. 4.安装带长浇嘴的倾转炉坩埚时，要提供高度合适的底座并把坩埚支撑固定好，如果底座支撑不合适，此类坩埚会只靠浇嘴“悬挂”在炉子内。这样坩埚会从上部断裂掉。

三、坩埚与支撑砖间的空隙：

1.坩埚与支撑砖间的空隙太小，坩埚受热膨胀后会受阻裂开，可在坩埚和炉壁顶部支撑砖间直接放置可燃物（插入小木片或纸板），在坩埚加热后，可燃物会燃烧掉从而留下足够的空间。The gap between the crucible and the supporting brick is too small, after the expansion of the heated crucible will be blocked in the crack, crucible and furnace wall top supporting brick directly placing combustibles (i n s e r t the small pieces of wood or cardboard), in the crucible after heating, fuel burn down and leave enough space.

3.在倾转炉中，应该在坩埚一半高度的位置上，有一块或两块支撑砖在浇嘴的下方把坩埚固定。应在坩埚和支撑砖之间放入34cm左右的高温棉，以保留足够的空间防止坩埚膨胀时受阻。
