Anti-Epsin 1抗体,内吞作用辅助蛋白EPN1抗体抗体溶解方法及分装：
1、购买抗体后，查看标签上的规格，如：0.1ml、0.2ml
2、以规格为 0.1ml 的冻干粉抗体为例（部分抗体为液体，无需再溶解）：
溶解方法一：用移液器加 0.1ml 双蒸水到试管内，混匀，-20℃保存，若为其它规格（如：0.2ml）的冻干粉抗体，则加与标签上规格*的（如：0.2ml）双蒸水溶解，
混匀，-20℃保存。
溶解方法二：用移液器加 0.05ml（规格的 50%）双蒸水到试管内，再加 0.05ml（规格的 50%）
的甘油到试管内，混匀，-20℃保存，若为其它规格（如：0.2ml）的冻干粉抗体，则加标签上规格的 50%（如：0.1ml）双蒸水，再加
标签上规格的 50%（如：0.1ml）甘油溶解，混匀，-20℃保存。
抗体溶解后，将其分装成 5-10 支（以 0.1ml 抗体为例，20ulx5 支或 10ulx10 支）， -20℃保存，用
一支取一支，避免反复冻溶。
另：预试验可做几个梯度 1：100、1：200、1：400 稀释，如果背景高，还可再稀释，选一个zui
佳的稀释比例，再正式做，效果。

保存条件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

英文介绍：Epsin 1 is an endocytic accessory protein, with significant similarity to the Xenopus mitotic phosphoprotein MP90. Epsin 1 interacts with Eps15 (the ?subunit of the Clathrin adaptor AP2), Clathrin and other accessory proteins. The mitotic phosphorylation of these proteins may be one of the mechanisms by which the invagination of Clathrin-coated pits is blocked in mitosis. Both Epsin and Eps15, like other cytosolic components of the synaptic vesicle endo-cytic machinery, undergo constitutive phosphorylation and depolarization-dependent dephosphorylation in nerve terminals. Epsin 1 also contributes to the mechanism of Clathrin-vesicle-dependent endocytosis. The human Epsin 1 protein contains an Epsin N-terminal homology (ENTH) region and a single Clathrin-binding (LVDLD) motif. Epsin 1 localizes to the leading edge of a vesicular coated pit where the membrane is being actively bent.
