BMF nanoArch® S130 系统简介
nanoArch S130是可以实现实现高精度大幅面微尺度3D打印的设备系统,它采用的是面投影微立体光刻(PμSL:Projection Micro Stereolithography)技术。该技术使用高精密紫外光刻投影系统,将需打印图案投影到树脂槽液面,在液面固化树脂并快速微立体成型,从数字模型直接加工三维复杂的模型和样件,完成样品的制作。该技术具备成型效率高、打印精度高等突出优势,被认为是目前前景的微纳加工技术之一。
