（1）细胞培养上清液

（3）血浆
①用EDTA2K离心收集在真空血液收集管中的血液，5,000×g，15分钟，4℃，分离血浆样品，然后储存在零下80℃直到使用。
②用试剂盒中的标准稀释液5倍稀释血浆以避免血浆中的干扰物质影响检测，按照说明书方法检测。
