安进白血病药物获得FDA突破性药物认证

安进公司开发的治疗白血病药物blinatumomabzui近由于其临床二期研究获得理想数据而被FDA确认为突破性药物。临床二期研究显示这种疗法能够有效改善患有急性白血病（acute lymphoblastic leukemia，ALL）患者的病情。而这一认证也必将大大加快blinatumomab的研发和审批进程。此前的一些突破性药物都是FDA在已经开始审批其资料的过程中作出的，而安进公司的blinatumomab则是开了一个先河。这也反映出FDA目前对该类药物的态度，FDA部门负责癌症业务的官员Richard Pazdur表示他希望有着优异疗效的抗癌药物能够尽快进入市场，造福癌症患者。

blinatumomab是一种双特异性的"T细胞衔接器"，它能够引导T细胞特异性杀灭癌细胞。在此次二期临床研究中，blinatumomab达到了其预期目标，44％的患者在经过两轮治疗后病情出现缓解。
