希雨机电科技（上海）有限公司成立于 2009 年，是国内深度研发和专业制造贵金属产品的科技公司。公司生产的贵金属实验器材广泛用于高校、科研、生物制药、石化、钢铁冶金、半导体电子、芯片、等领域。

一、产品

Product

（1）铂金系列：铂金片，铂金丝，铂金管（毛细管），铂金坩埚。

（2）黄金系列：黄金丝材、片材及各类黄金制品系列产品。

（3）白银系列：银丝、银管、银片、银坩埚及各类银制品系列产品

（4）铱系列：铱坩埚、铱杆（籽晶杆）及各类铱制品系列产品。

（5）合金系列：铂黄、铂钯、铂铱、铂铑、铂铱制品等系列产品。

（6）热电偶测温材料。

（Ⅰ）Platinum Series: Platinum piece, platinum gold wire, platinum tube, platinum crucible.

（Ⅱ）Gold Series: gold wire, sheet and all kinds of gold products series

（Ⅲ）Silver: silver piece, silver tube, silver crucible and all of various types sliver products.

（Ⅳ）Iridium series: iridium crucible, iridium rod (seed crystal rod) and all kinds of iridium products.

（Ⅴ）Platinum alloy series:platinum yellow, platinum palladium, platinum iridium, rhodium, platinum iridium products.

所有产品除了标准型号之外，可以根据客户要求和图纸定制。

二、生产设备与检测手段

Equipment and testing methods for production and use.

生产设备有铂、铑、钯等贵金属提纯装置（铂：99.99%；铑:99.99%）、真空熔炼炉、高频熔炼炉、高温退火炉、空气锤、压力机、轧机、等离子喷涂机、氩弧焊机、拉丝机、连续退火炉等。对铂、铑及其合金等稀有贵金属深加工设备进行技术改造。分析设备有光谱分析仪、ⅹ荧光分析仪、扫描电子显微镜、材料高温性能蠕变测试系统、材料拉伸试验机、折弯机、热电势测试设备、化学分析设备、氦质谱检漏仪等。
